You represent the (flagship) store manager and support in all operational topics to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the respective branch. You support the training and training of employees, including coaching of sales processes and switching of sales techniques. You carry out sales activities in the branch. You support the development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction and commercial achievement. You actively participate in the development and execution of sales-promoting (local) measures after coordination with the relevant interfaces. You monitor the personnel utilization including the creation of the service and holiday plans for final approval by the Store Manager. You actively use social media channels in the sense of the sales strategy.

What distinguishes you: A completed commercial or business vocational training.
