You check treatment invoices and other documents and then determine the refund claim individually depending on the customer's insurance policy If necessary, get more information from the customer/customer or, if necessary, add our internal or external experts In difficult cases, prepare the decision for your leadership and recommend a procedure You are available to our customers in case of inquiries about insurance services as competent contact persons by phone and in writing You structure your working day yourself You bring your fun on medical topics, communication and work with the PC to achieve a quick, fair and comprehensible processing of the insurance case

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or another completed training in commercial or medical fields Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service and in telephone and written correspondence You bring interest in numbers, data and medical issues with You are strong in communication and bring a high level of customer and service orientation with A structured and conceptual way of working out You prefer to work independently and still appreciate the strength of a good team You are team-ready – a high self-initiative and sense of responsibility complete your profile
