You tax our operating HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle and take real ownership in a modern HR organization

Ensure a smooth payroll as well as the further development of Compensation & Benefits processes, and efficient, compliant and scalable

You ensure compliance with labour and social insurance regulations and act as a contact person:in complex HR operations issues

Analyze, optimate and automate HR processes and actively promote the use of modern technologies

In addition, you work closely with Finance, HRBPs, Payroll providers and other stakeholders and design cross-departmental projects as well as reporting and data quality

You bring multi-year experience in Payroll as well as operational HR processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle; Knowledge about Compensation & Benefits is a big plus

You also have a well-founded knowledge of German labour and social security law

Your work is structured, analytical and solution-oriented

Very good Excel features complete your profile

Project management is your practice and you have ideally experience in process optimization, automation and the use of modern, technology- or AI-based solutions.

A solid understanding of accounting and finance processes complements your HR profile; a financial or controlling background would be a plus

You master English and German fluently in word and writing (at least on C1 level) and move safely in communication with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with Workday in the context of modern HR system landscapes and experience in a listed company are a plus
