Your role Customer relations: You are the first contact for customers within and outside the ZEISS group, maintain trusted relationships and represent their interests within the ZEISS structures.

Communication and Presentation: Ensure effective communication and cooperation, including the creation and presentation of information and decision-making templates.

Contract management: Work-up, interpretation and negotiation of contractual contents and service agreements in coordination with the legal department.

Price strategy and audit: pricing, discussion of pricing strategies and auditing of invoices to customers.

Project management: initiate, structure and manage projects, including the pursuit of operational topics and technical changes.

Coordination and cooperation: Close cooperation with internal teams such as quality management, development, purchasing and logistics to ensure customer requirements.

Strategic planning: working up forecasts, monitoring the procurement situation and coordination of obsolescence and last time buy topics.

The role requires a presence of 2-3 days/week at our production site in Göttingen.
