You will be responsible for all the facilities and services of the Old Aid. To complete our team, we need YOU!

♪ These are your tasks as a home technician (d/m/w) for the field of old aid:

• Take responsibility: You enter and monitor the technical facilities and facilities in our objects and ensure their perfect function in all areas of the building.
• Be active on a variety of occasions: you carry out general mastery activities and take care of the maintenance of outdoor facilities, including winter service.
• Reliable organize: You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and testing dates and carry out maintenance, repair and renovation work.

♪ This is what you bring with you as a home technician (d/m/w) for the area of old aid:

• Technical basis: You have completed training in a technical or craft profession.
• Experience of advantage: Ideally, you bring professional experience in the field of home technology or as a master (m/w/d).
• Craftsmanship: You work handy, solution-oriented and enjoy versatile tasks.
• Personal strength: Reliability, sense of responsibility and an appreciation of older people characterize you.
• Communication: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing and are happy to work in exchange with others.
• Class B driving licence
