Ensuring regular communication with clinical areas and reporting to managing director Active, predictive support in daily business Independent planning, implementation and success control of strategic projects and change processes Analysis of data for deriving action and optimization needs; Negotiation and management of contracts support in planning and target agreement processes; Preparation, implementation, moderation and follow-up of meetings and certifications developing concepts, presentations and reports; Organization of events

completed studies, ideally with a health background; with corresponding practical experience in the hospital also other degrees possible Multiannual professional experience in hospital management Safe knowledge of health-economic indicators and control parameters as well as distinct competence in project management knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and requirements; Experience with certification processes Safe handling of MS Office; Experience in creating reports and dashboards negotiation-proof communication with interlocutors of all hierarchical levels; high analyseability, keenness to decide, initiative and enforcement Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
