Your tasks

Begleitung & Support:They support our mentally and physically impaired clients in their daily lives and help them achieve their personal goals.

Inclusion:Common with our clients, you plan how to actively shape their lives – whether through social contacts, jobs or personal development goals.

Structure & security:Your reliability creates confidence. They provide a stable, value-adding environment in which our clients feel safe and secure.

Document & Cooperation:With a professional view, you will keep developments and progress and provide the best possible support for our clients in trusted cooperation with members, colleagues and authorities.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed vocational training in the educational or nursing field (education, social educationin, medical educationin, medical education*in or nursing care) and ideally bring experience in dealing with people with mental impairment.

Communication strength: You have a sense for people and know how important a clear, value-adding communication with relatives, colleagues is.
