Trainee Sales / Key Account Management (m/f/d)

You're going through all sales-related business areas and gaining comprehensive insights into the organization and the daily business. Get to know our products, markets, customer groups and internal processes. Already during the trainee program, you are actively involved in day-to-day business and gradually take responsibility for your own sales area. This allows you to apply and deepen Gelerntes directly in practice. On regular external service trips, you will get to know your customers personally and build your network on the market, initially naturally with the support of our experienced sales team: inside. You conduct market, competitive and potential analyses, prepare decision-making bases for the sales management and work independently (part-) projects that drive our market expansion. As a trainee, you are directly involved in the implementation of our sales strategy for products and services in the German and international market and thus gain valuable experience for your sales career.

You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in an economic or technical degree program. Ideally you bring first experience in sales and/or have a high interest in getting to know all facets of sales and business development. You have fun dealing with different people, are communicative and sovereign in appearance. Negotiating German skills are the basis for your success, good English skills plus to maintain contact with international customers. With the MS Office package you go routined around (especially with Excel and PowerPoint). You've got class B's license and you've got a lot of readiness to travel. In addition, a place of residence near our headquarters in Neukirchen‐Vluyn is helpful so that you can experience the sales business close to the skin.

Your personal path: For over 18 months, you will receive an individually and flexibly designable trainee program with various modules and sales trainings, including at the Würth Academy.
