Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of validation strategies in the production environment
• Consultation to conduct process studies and process validations
• Examination and approval of qualification and validation documents
• Planning, promotion and organisation of process development and process validation training
• Application of statistical methods within validation measures
• Communication with various departments and executives

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, medical technology, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience in the qualification and validation of manufacturing and testing processes in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FMEA, statistical methods for process validation and regulatory requirements (21CFR820, ISO 13485)
• Experience in handling production processes such as joining, assembly or testing methods such as leak testing or transmission testing
• Flowing German and at least solid English skills
