• Head of staff: within the department for the optimal performance of the tasks and responsibilities of the department, and thus indirectly fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities of the entire FP&A business unit and the financial function of the entire European TowerCo at Group level.
• Preparation of the Head of FP&A / CFO for shareholders and board meetings on various reporting topics & Advising the Head of FP&A on current developments with proposals for adequate (consumer) measures
• Examination and monitoring of all reported financial data within the local markets, ensuring high-quality decision-making and deriving strategic and tactical optimization measures.
• Responsible for ensuring a high-quality monthly audit at management level (until the CFO) of the European TowerCo and the local TowerCos incl. Creation, consolidation and further development of ongoing performance presentations and reporting
• End-to-end management for planning, budgeting and forecasting both process and content across the entire GuV & Cashflow & Financial and Non-Financial KPI's
• Management of the annual financial statements, objectives, performance management, credit assessments
• Consolidation and reporting of the results of the local TowerCo's to shareholders

That's what you bring:

• At least 10 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years of leadership experience
• Embossed "Hands On Mentality"
• A Master's degree in finance, business or related fields
• Knowledge of management reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting, controlling and accounting, including good knowledge of the systems used (e.g. SAP)
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good understanding of products and business processes in the telecommunications industry
• Secure presentation skills
• Flowing English knowledge (at least B2)
• Agility and flexibility to adapt to changes and develop solutions
