Internship Projects & Business Development - Data-Driven Sales and Transformation (m/f/d)

We, the Strategic Sales Control in the area of Data-Based Sales & Transformation, align all sales areas with the appropriate tools to our corporate goals in order to actively advance the further development of our sales model. Our Projects & Business Development team plays a key role: It develops, automates and integrates holistic sales control processes & solutions in our omnichannel distribution. You support the team in coordinating projects, developing new processes as well as solutions and work closely with our sales departments (external service, branch office, e-business, key account management) and other interface partners. You are integrated into the project management from the start-up to the conception and the roll-out and contribute to efficient control. You support the preparation of decision bases for project objectives and the further project processes with project managers.

Studies in the field of BWL or comparable degree course with the focus on project management, process optimization or strategic business development. Advanced MS Office knowledge. Personal qualifications such as team skills, communication skills, strategic thinking and a self-confident appearance characterize you. You like to work independently and have a quick understanding. German language skills (C1) and good English skills in word and writing.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive € 2,420 gross per month.
