The St. Ansgar Children's and Youth Aid in Hildesheim offers a wide and differentiated range of educational aid in the stationary, semi-steady and outpatient areas. The Zingel outdoor group can accommodate 8 for children and young people aged 12-21, who are supervised as part of the full-time support for education on the basis of §34 SGB VIII. The aim of the educational work is the emotional stabilization of children and young people, as well as a reliable school visit and an active leisure design. Particular attention is placed on the communication of life-structural skills, so that children and young people are prepared for self-responsibility and self-responsibility. There is a professional team consisting of five pedagogical professionals supported by a volunteer and a domestic worker.

Your tasks:

• Pedagogical care and promotion of children in group daily
• Intensive and individual support in further education
• Ensuring and imparting reliable (day) structures
• Intensive care of so-called "reference children" and coordination of all matters concerning these children
• Self-organization and implementation of resource-oriented leisure activities
• Network work to employees of schools, sports clubs and medical and therapeutic care facilities
• Participation and design in the parents' or Family work
• Participation in multi-professional team and case discussions, help plan discussions, in-house conferences and commissions
• Participation in continuing and continuing vocational training
• Documentation of work (development reports, PC-based daily documentation, protocols, educational planning)
• Preparation and design of festivals and celebrations
