You bring this with completed studies in civil engineering, construction engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the engineering environment - ideally in planning, construction or project processing First experience in the leadership of technical teams Safe in the control of projects, in interaction with several disciplines Embossed technical understanding, quality awareness and structured working Communication strength and joy in promoting and developing employees Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to actively shape strategic topics Secure German knowledge and sovereign handling of common IT tools
