Deputy Head of Accounting / Invoicing – focus on accounts payable – limited to 2.5 years (m/f/d)

Support of the Accounting / Invoicing Management for Professional and Organisational Tasks in Day Business Acquisition of the management of accounting in the event of deficiencies, including the team's disciplinary leadership Own-responsible participation in creditor accounting, including auditing, accounting and booking of input invoices and clarification of differences (e.g. WE/RE) Preparation of payrolls in compliance with internal release processes and maintenance and monitoring of open items Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB; IFRS of advantage) including internal voting, formation of provisions or Subdivision and support in reporting Processing and filing of avales and guarantees, as well as maintenance of related documents and deadlines Support for controlling and adjacent areas by providing evaluations, analyses and work, including data quality assurance Further development, standardization and documentation of processes (e.g. billing workflow, test and release chains) as well as cooperation in digitalization and optimization projects Participation in internal and external audits including ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and compliance requirements

(m/w/d) and ideally follow up to the accounting book holder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of financial accounting and a good understanding of figures Financial and accounting bases (HGB; IFRS desirable) Advantageous knowledge of tax Secure handling of SAP/FI (further modules of advantage) and Microsoft 365, especially Excel Understanding process and quality management including readiness to continuously improve Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-employed, careful and analytical procedures; Date accuracy also in final stages Communication strength and feasibility in dealing with internal cutting points and external partners Impressed team capacity
