Number: MER00047OZ Support data-based decisions in the sales of Mercedes-Benz You celebrate data, do you want to use and develop your knowledge in Data Analytics, CRM and IT in a real corporate context? In this internship, you support our team in making data understandable, making relevant relationships visible and thus preparing concrete decisions in sales, CRM and market control. You work at the interface of specialist, IT and market and gain insights into modern analytics and cloud technologies such as KNIME, Databricks on Azure, Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI. Safe handling of KNIME is particularly important, as you prepare data, structure analyses and support reusable workflows in the group environment. Your tasks: You analyze complex data and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions in sales

You support ad-hoc analyses, standard reporting and dashboards that make relevant developments transparent and provide policy bases

You work safely with KNIME and use the platform to process, explorate data, build workflows and provide analytical results comprehensible

In addition, you deepen your knowledge in interaction with Databricks, Azure Cloud, Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI

You identify trends, patterns and vulnerabilities in large amounts of data and translate them into understandable statements for departments and management

You support collaboration with cross-departmental teams, markets, IT colleagues and professional experts in developing data-based solutions

You document results, prepare project progress structuredly and learn how suppliers and technology partners are evaluated in larger data and IT projects

If you want to introduce your analytical knowledge, take responsibility in specific questions and at the same time learn in the context of CRM, IT and data-based sales management, we look forward to your application. The activity can start from October 2026.

Studies and training: You are in an advanced study of computer science, economic informatics, data science, economic engineering or a comparable study programme and bring you very good academic achievements.

Experience and expertise: You have knowledge of data analysis and have already worked with tools or languages such as SQL, Excel, Python or R

First experiences with databricks, cloud environments or comparable data platforms are advantageous

You are interested in combining, structuring data from different sources and making it useful for analysis

You bring a good understanding of data quality, data logic and the interpretation of larger data volumes with

First knowledge of data visualization and reporting, for example with Power BI, are helpful

Very good practical knowledge of KNIME is required; ideally, you have already built up your own workflows, linked data sources and automated analysis processes

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics is also desirable

First touch points with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban or Design Thinking are of advantage

Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Personal competencies: You have a strong interest in data-driven technologies and want to understand how these specific business processes improve in sales

You already have a good basic analytical and technical understanding and can clearly classify business issues

You work independently, structured and reliable and want to learn to represent your results convincingly in teams and across stakeholders
