TAX Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for compliant calculation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual USt messages (USt-VA, USt declarations, Intrastat, ZM, etc.) Responsibility and cooperation with USt projects and supervision of tax audits Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international VAT regulations Up-to-date updating and optimization of USt processes in legislative and regulatory changes including integration into our ERP system Monitoring of import, customs and USt topics and facts (Imports/Exports, Zoll-Aufhub-Konten, ZAZ) Cooperation with external auditors and tax advisors Advising internal specialist areas on USt issues and setting up tax-compliant business processes and structures, as well as implementing relevant business incidents in the ERP system Ensuring efficient import and export processes and processes Working in interdisciplinary project teams to ensure USt compliance

Expertise and expertise in dealing with sales tax behaviour Very good understanding of the local and global UStG Ability to analyze complex business incidents and derive tax consequences Secure and transparent communication with tax authorities, external auditors and stakeholders Ideally experience with Swiss VAT and customs At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
