The area of responsibility includes:

• maintenance and maintenance of circular properties (buildings and Exterior areas of school and administration buildings including winter services
• Control and visibility of properties in order condition
• Repairs
• Transport obligation / Security officer (w/m/d)

Requirements for this position:

• completed training in a craft occupation, preferably in the electrical or in the field of plant mechanics for Sanitary, Heating and Air Conditioning
• Class III and B licence and use of private cars for Services
• good knowledge of German in word and writing
• flexibility in working time and place of work
• Performance and loadability
• Own initiative and organizational ability
• Intercultural competence
