As part of the strategy department, which directly contributes to the management, you take responsibility for data modeling, analysis and evaluation of key figures. Your focus is consistently on achieving measurable results. You develop the Power-BI data model, create DAX-Measures and clear reports to visualize key figures. Based on this, you will guide strategic recommendations and concrete measures for company development. You drive projects proactively as well as self-responsively and introduce yourself as a knowledge provider in the team. You work closely with various stakeholders, such as management, strategy, and IT – especially senior stakeholders at leadership level. You are part of an ambitious, interdisciplinary team with a very collegial and friendly team.

You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree – ideally in (economic) informatics, mathematics, data science, technical BWL or a comparable quantitative degree course. You bring professional experience as a (senior) business analyst or in a comparable analytical role, ideally in the insurance or financial industry. You have a well-founded knowledge of Power BI, especially in the construction and maintenance of data models, the application of DAX and the creation of meaningful visualizations. Alternatively, you have worked intensively with another BI tool (e.g. Tableau or Qlik) and are motivated to work deep into Power BI in the first few months after your entry. We are happy to support you with a suitable training concept. You have a good understanding of databases and bring at least basic knowledge in programming (e.g. SQL). You also work under time pressure structured and solution-oriented, prioritize and enjoy mastering technical challenges. You are characterized by a clear, structured and understandable communication, even in complex situations. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level. You’re a real team player – you’re enjoying the collaboration because you’re helpful and valuable in dealing with others.
