The company is part of an internationally established group of companies and produces high-quality technical components for machine and plant engineering. The aim of the position is to ensure the correct and timely execution of all financial, payment and personnel processes, including wage billing and legal reports. They report directly to the commercial management and work closely with it in human, financial and business questions and reports. The aim is to further develop commercial processes, to ensure transparency in the financial structure and to shape the location operationally.

BLO/126622 As a Specialist Accounting (m/w/d), you are responsible for handling all financial processes including professional team management of 3-6 employees You take over the processing of all incoming and outgoing invoices and the settlement of payments for all German companies The maintenance and coordination of financial accounts as well as the systematic receivable management are your responsibility as well as the timely creation of tax reports Teamleiter Finance (m/w/d) brings your expertise to the creation of monthly and annual financial statements and supports business evaluations, planning processes and corporate reporting In addition, you are involved in billing fees and actively engage in different HR processes

You have completed commercial training with further education (e.g. balance sheet accounting (m/w/d)) or business studies Multiannual professional experience in accounting / financial accounting, ideally in the productive middle class Knowledge found in accounting according to HGB, basic knowledge of labour law and wage billing Personally convince you with your communication strength and your enforcement ability Safe handling of ERP systems and Excel as well as very good German and good English skills complete your profile
