The team is responsible for the care and consulting of the specialist trade partners and end customers for the products located within Linexo in the damage context. Your future tasks: You check and process cost suggestions and repair bills in Winsure and Askja up to a value of €700. You take the written and, if necessary, telephone communication with our customers, specialist dealers and lawyers in case of damage. You're working on contract assessments.

You bring a commercial training or alternatively a comparable qualification. First experience in customer correspondence and/or performance processing is advantageous. You feel safe in dealing with the current MS Office applications and can quickly find yourself in new systems such as and tools. Embossed communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers, as well as an independent and conscientious way of working. You bring German knowledge min. to level C1
