Examination, commentation and negotiation of complex international contracts (e.g. customer, framework, agent, cooperation and supplier contracts) Control, management and further development of NDAs (secure agreements) Legal and commercial assessment of contractual contents from an entrepreneurial perspective in close cooperation with sales Coordination of support areas such as financial accounting, quality, insurance, export control, and external legal advisers Ensuring compliance with internal directives and international legal frameworks Analysis and assessment of contract risks and development of pragmatic and economically viable solutions proposals Consulting and support for international sales in contract negotiations and in complex commercial issues Maintenance and development of general terms and conditions, contractual standards and internal guidelines Digitization and optimisation of contract processes, e.g. through the introduction of modern AI-based software solutions for more efficient contractual testing and management
