A completed vocational training or a completed study At least two years of professional experience, including at least one year of experience in the professional and social integration of young people with disabilities and one year of operational experience Knowledge of the educational landscape as well as the requirements of the professions and the training and labour market Communication skills, social competence, organisational competence and a highly customer-oriented behaviour The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
