IT Systems Engineer Citrix Server Operations & Application Delivery (a*)

The extensive Citrix and Remote Desktop Services infrastructure is constantly developing to ensure a stable and performant operation. You provide applications for unattended installation and take over the software package so that rollouts run efficiently and standardized. Analyze malfunctions in the Citrix and RDS server farm and process them as part of the incident management and ensure quick recovery of the operation. You actively participate in projects to optimize and further develop the IT infrastructure and also take management tasks to put technical concepts into practice.

You have a completed scientific MINT university or university degree or equivalent qualification. Long-standing experience with Microsoft operating systems as well as Citrix products, especially Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, will help you. With PowerShell, you'll be safe and use scripts specifically for automation and efficiency enhancement in operation. Conceptual strength, a systematic approach and independent work characterize you in daily practice. In operation, you will show implementation strength and keep track of complex tasks. You are willing to continue to train yourself, to work on new topics and to actively provide you with information. Your good communication skills and team capacity contribute to constructive cooperation in the field.
