Responsibility for the continuous further development of HR processes Human resources, personnel retention and personnel development within the Bott KG, including professional and disciplinary leadership of the associated team Control and control of annual personnel demand planning and the budgeting process in the responsible area Introduction and implementation of follow-up planning, potential acquisition and development measures and associated KPIs for success measurement Up and extension of existing HR management systems and other digital formats in the HR environment Project management and coordination within the responsible HR processes, as well as across the topics in close cooperation with the HR Management & Controlling (e.g. pay transparency, job descriptions, remuneration systems, etc.) Advice, support and training of executives and specialist departments in all questions of the HR processes responsible Interface to all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including company representative for career and image events Participation in the strategy team of the Bott Group and also in international HR projects to create group-wide HR standards

Completed commercial training or business studies ideally with additional qualifications in personnel management, work & organizational psychology, economic psychology, economic education or comparable Multiannual professional experience in operational and strategic HR topics as well as first experience in team management and project coordination Winning personality with strong communication and persuasive ability that can inspire diverse audiences equally for their topics Structured, self-responsive operation combined with high implementation and solution orientation, care and quality awareness High level of organisational and coordination skills as well as joy in bringing together global perspectives Routinized handling of the common M365 applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
