Technical Support Engineer - Kubernetes / IT-Infrastruktur (m/f/d)

You are ready to work in the 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends and holidays You provide technical support for customers: inside by phone, email and ticket system You use your expertise in IT service management to efficiently and effectively solve customer requests You work with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and cooperate with cross-functional teams You document knowledge and solutions in the ticket system and make sure that the knowledge database is always up to date Analyze and resolve problems related to databases, networks, storage infrastructure and Kubernetes

You have basic knowledge and first experience with Kubernetes or other container technologies You have sound knowledge of the principles and practices of IT service management You have experience in dealing with databases, network and storage infrastructure and a quick understanding to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes You are familiar with Unix-based systems and understand Linux distributions You have pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and customer service skills You are able to work effectively in the team and work with internal stakeholders as well as top management
