As a sales representative Customer Support (m/w/d) you combine excellent service with active sales commitment and perform the following exciting tasks: You are the central contact person for our customers and advise them competently and service-oriented across all distribution channels – by phone, email and chat. You recognize sales opportunities and actively use them through cross-selling and up-selling measures. You take over the active support and further development of existing customer relationships with the aim of expanding sales potential in a sustainable manner. You initiate and control sales promotion measures and promotions. You process orders and customer requests around the products of the Meissen factory and ensure smooth order processing. You maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system and represent a transparent documentation of all customer-relevant processes. You deal with complaints and complaints in a solution-oriented manner and use them as a chance for long-term customer retention. You represent our factory at internal events and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

A completed commercial training or completed study, ideally focusing on sales or trade. Multiannual professional experience in customer service or sales service.
