We are looking for you as project manager:in Facility Management stations (w/m/d) for the coordination and control of repairs of complex HKLS systems (heating, ventilation / climate and sanitation) at the Berlin site. Your tasks: In this job, you coordinate and control BIS measures (company repair measures) of complex technical facilities for DB InfraGO AG railway station management You carry out tenders and awards, first select performance directories and are responsible for the implementation, acceptance and billing of the BIS measures with focus on the HKLS plants To know the status of maintenance measures at any time, you implement meaningful and meaningful monitoring and regularly monitor the state of the measures In the repair projects, you monitor the requirements for costs, dates and qualities, using all technical frameworks and standard specifications, and set the contractual obligations of all contractors: An important part of your tasks is also to advise the regional area and the railway station management on all aspects of the BIS measures (e.g. regarding the purchase of services) Your exciting task will be rounded off by the fact that you can bring your ideas to optimize our work and, after consultation, take on special tasks
