At the district of Friesland, with the headquarters in Jever, the department of building management is at the closest possible point as Projektmanager (m/w/d) to occupy. The building management of the Friesland county is responsible for the operation, maintenance and rehabilitation, as well as on-, re- or new construction measures at municipal real estates, which include in addition to the administrative buildings also the secondary schools in the county, as well as the daycare centers in the town of Schortens and on the island of Wangerooge. We would like to develop them in a sustainable, efficient and climate-conscious manner and build up municipal energy management. The district of Friesland seeks Co2 neutrality. The Agency shall be limited by 31 December 2028 within the framework of a funding programme. Remuneration is effected according to pay group 11 TVöD. Parttime employment is possible, but overall the job is full-time. Disabled persons are preferably taken into account with the same suitability.

completed studies in one of the areas of building and energy technology, technical building equipment (TGA), building automation, utility technology, electrical engineering, building and energy systems or in a comparable field of expertise, e.g. architecture or civil engineering with proven multi-year professional experience in the field of building and energy systems knowledge in the field of climate protection, energy and environmental technology, energy-saving building technology and experience with an energy management system desirable independent, result-oriented as well as analytical, structured and cooperative working methods, safe handling of IT solutions cooperative and citizen-friendly behaviour with good expressiveness in word and writing Interaction competence, team-oriented work, local flexibility
