In your role as a building manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the coordination of specialist structures in construction projects for anaerobic biogas plants and the management of the construction site organization.

In detail, this includes: Planning and control of construction site results Control and evaluation of the construction site progress Measurement and auditing of the specialist structures Management and documentation of construction meetings Regular information and coordination with the overall project management in all essential technical, cost and personnel-relevant tasks or Problems Feedback on changes during the implementation phase to the planning Contact for project managers and customers as on-site contact Support for operators Documentation of the work as well as completed acceptances
