As a Technical Facility Manager/Technical Project Manager Real Estate & Construction (m/w/d), you set the technical foundation for new logistics locations from ID Logistics – from the first examination of a property to the successful handover to the operating operation. You actively shape how an area becomes a functioning, economic and sustainable location.

Technical assessment of potential logistics properties as part of tenders, new business requests and location developments (including technical due diligence).

Analysis of the technical and operational usability of halls and office spaces with regard to customer requirements, storage technology, shelf systems and material flows.

Planning and control of all technical measures from the project surcharge to the operational transfer of the site.

Coordination and control of external partners such as landlords, project developers, specialist planners, construction companies, experts and authorities.

Ensure compliance with legal, structural and safety-relevant requirements, in particular in the areas of fire protection, permits, occupational safety and escape and rescue.

Planning and implementation of rental structures and technical adaptations, e.g. office space, storage areas, shelf systems, traffic routes and building technology.

Monitoring the construction and expansion phase as well as ensuring a timely and cumbersome transfer to the operating operation.

Complete technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, utility technology, electrical engineering, facility management) or comparable technical training (technical technicians/masters) with relevant professional experience.

Multiannual experience in implementing technical projects, such as construction projects, site developments, real estate or facility projects.

Experience in the technical evaluation and realization of commercial or logistics properties, ideally related to halls and warehouses.

Funded knowledge in building project management and technical building management as well as relevant legal requirements (building law, fire protection, occupational safety, operator requirements).

Experience in managing external partners such as planners, construction companies, experts, authorities and other service providers.

Knowledge of approval procedures, tenders, budget planning and award of technical services.

Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with strong technical understanding and enforcement and coordination capability.

Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and readiness to travel within Germany
