You design and develop AI features for our Smarty application and integrierst modern LLMs as well as APIs to extend the range of functions You are responsible for linking AI models to our backend systems and providing data for robust applications such as RAG and prompt engineering You evaluierst and optimise the LLMs used systematically to ensure an ideal balance between performance, quality and costs You take on the operation and monitoring of our AI services, such as botario and justaddai, and actively promote their continuous improvement In close coordination with the product management and the development team, you will test current AI trends and test their potential for our product landscape

You have completed an education or study in the field of (economic) informatics – ideally with first practical projects in the AI environment You are safe in software development (e.g. Python, TypeScript, Java) with focus on backend architectures and API integrations You’re following up-to-date AI/LLM trends and are burning to implement these technological innovations in real applications You control the processing and processing of data and move safely in the (Healthcare) environment You accompany AI models in productive systems and manage their operation, monitoring and continuous optimization You have the ability to implement complex AI-Use-Cases product-oriented and performant while interacting closely with product and development teams You communicate fluently in German (C1) and use English safely for work with technical documentation
