Cloud Engineer Enablement (m/f/d)

You make sure that colleagues from DevSecOps teams are empowered to use the public cloud. Your tasks include the development and maintenance of central IaC (Open Tofu) modules for the use of various services in the public cloud and the provision of these for the entire company. You are responsible for corporate standards in the Public Cloud (Policies, Security, FinOps, etc.). The organisation and further development of an inner-source community will help you advance the professionalization of public cloud use. Your activities include the operation and further development of the company-wide CI/CD pipeline for IaC deployments, as well as the tools required within this pipeline (in the languages GO, Rust and Kotlin) With the help of methods of process optimization and software development (frontend + backend), you continue to develop our own cloud onboarding service. You work with us in a growing team in a great atmosphere and with the possibility for each member to introduce his individual strengths and interests.

You have either completed a study in computer science or a comparable subject area, a suitable training or otherwise bring appropriate practical professional experience in the IT field. You bring deep practical experience in the cloud environment, ideally as a cloud engineer. Technical know-how in the development of reusable IaC (Open Tofu) modules, as well as the implementation and maintenance of extensive and automated integration tests, is a key feature. You have experience in the development and maintenance of CLI tools (e.g. in the languages Go, Rust, Kotlin etc.). Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools (specialized on GitLab) as well as experience in the design, construction and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for IaC deployments and tests are of course for you. With your knowledge of the services provided in Azure and your experience, you successfully advise and support (internal) customers. Good knowledge of German (min. level B2) complete your profile.
