Your tasks:

• Head of Department of Medical Technology
• Motivation and leadership of all staff of the department
• Participation in the planning of personnel needs and personnel selection and preparation of personnel decisions for management
• Support for the management/assisence in the development and implementation of the objectives for the supply area, as well as in the planning and implementation of the operating results
• Cooperation with suppliers with regard to the use of products for the supply sector
• Support and advice of strategic purchasing in the selection of products
• care of end customers, doctors, clinics, care and senior institutions, physiotherapy, health insurance
• Representation of the Reha-active at specialist events
• Cooperation with the other departmental and regional ovaries on strategic development
• specialized process optimization and process installation in the department after consultation with department management

Your profile:

• completed medical training – or studies
