Medical Controlling and MD Management at AMEOS Seeklinikum Friedrichshafen Ensuring correct, complete and timely stationary performance accounting Control and further development of longevity management in close cooperation with clinical areas Analysis and optimization of coding and documentation processes Support for medical documentation, coding and accounting issues Responsibility for MD Management and Continuous Development of MD Processes, Accompanying Complex Test Procedures and Negotiations, and Analysis of Test Results to Ensure Results and Optimization of Treatment and Documentation Quality Monitoring relevant performance and quality indicators and deriving appropriate control measures Preparation and monitoring of audits by cost-beneficiary and processing of complaints Working with the implementation of legal requirements and further development of the medical controller Compilation of evaluations, reports and decision templates for hospital management Promoting constructive cooperation between medicine, care and administration

Completed studies in healthcare, medicine, health economics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in medical controlling an acute hospital Finded knowledge in the DRG system, medical coding and hospital billing Experience in dwell time management and process control Ideally first leadership experience Analytical thinkability and a structured and solution-oriented manner Communication strength, enforcement ability and team orientation Safe handling of hospital information systems and common MS Office applications
