You are responsible for purchasing and expanding our brand and supplier portfolio in the area of Beauty & Lifestyle. Active acquisition and acquisition of national and international beauty, lifestyle and FMCG brands for our beauty boxes and marketing formats is one of your tasks. You are responsible for building, maintaining and developing long-term partnerships with manufacturers, brands and distributors. Your own negotiation of purchase conditions, product cooperations, sponsoring partnerships and Barter deals are part of your activities. You are responsible for identifying new brands, products and industry trends to further develop our portfolio Your tasks include developing creative cooperation approaches together with marketing and product management. Conducting price, contract and contract negotiations with existing and potential partners is one of your tasks.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on purchasing, trading, marketing or business development Ideally experience in the beauty, cosmetic, lifestyle or FMCG industry Outstanding negotiating strength and experience in price, contract and cooperation negotiations High levels of communication, creativity, persuasiveness and network competence Experience with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Salesforce Existing network in the beauty, cosmetic or lifestyle industry Enthusiasm for trends, brands, innovations and the establishment of successful partnerships
