We are looking for a working student (m/w/d) for our modern and innovative location Unterföhring. You want to join a great team of employees and leaders of tomorrow for the Alliance? Then you are right with us at the Recruiting Center! Together with a small team of working students and interns, You help recruit talents for Allianz across Germany, including our high potential program “Executive Assistant Program” and make their onboarding the best possible. You can not only contribute to the exciting environment of various alliance companies with highly topical HR topics and process optimizations, but also support the applicant in a modern and communicative environment:internal and placement management together with top-qualified and creative colleagues.

This is what we expect as a working student in Recruiting (m/w/d)

You will get exciting insights into the HR processes within the Allianz Group and support the personnel recovery process of Allianz in Germany as well as the program management for the Executive Assistant Program. You are a brand ambassador:in: You will help shape the speech measures for the respective target group and will be present with your team at events (messe, in-house career days). Your tasks are in support of the preparation, implementation and preparation of personal marketing events (e.g. recruiting events, career fairs, workshops). Working in the team: You support our recruiters:inside the daily end-to-end applicant management:care of the applicant management tool, screening of application documents, communication with candidate:inside. You look beyond the recruiting process onboarding and support our colleagues in onboarding events for new employees. Project manager:to be: You take interesting and creative project and special tasks.

This is what you bring with you as a working student in the area of Recruiting (m/w/d)

You are in the second half of your bachelor's degree program or already in master's degree. Preferably, an economic or communication-scientific study programme, with a focus on human resources management, economics or (economic)psychology. You have ideally gained first experience through internships/students in the field of recruiting or staff. You are a assertive communication talent with a winning personality, fun in teamwork and creative spirit. You are characterized by your structured way of working and a pronounced organizational talent. You have very good knowledge in MS Office. Your knowledge of German and English is very good. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
