As an assistant, you are directly assigned to the department director. Your daily tasks include: Date planning and monitoring Organization and care of events Planning, booking and billing of domestic and foreign travel Reception of international guests and visitors Administrative support of the director and of the scientists from the department, such as onboarding, procurement and document processing Support in preparing reports (Editing, Layout, Translation) Close support for the translation of official documents only available in German Some of these tasks are carried out in cooperation with the central institute administration, which is divided into purchasing, accounting and personnel management.
