Healthcare Professionals Recruiter (m/f/d)

Your duties End-to-end recruiting: You take over the entire recruiting process for professionals from nursing and medical care (e.g. nurses, MFA, OP staff) in the transfer of workers and personnel. Applicant Management: You conduct professional phone interviews as well as structured interviews (personally and digitally) and evaluate the professional suitability. Networking: You maintain and expand the existing candidate pool and build long-term relationships with applicants. Interface work: You work closely with the sales and disposition to quickly fill customer requests with the appropriate profiles.

Professional experience: You have multi-year, well-founded professional experience in recruiting medical professionals, ideally in the personnel service / employee transfer. Education: A successfully completed commercial or medical training Industry knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the peculiarities, qualifications and needs of German healthcare. Communication strength: You convince by a winning appearance, empathy and negotiation skills and possess fluent German knowledge in word and writing.
