What you are moving with us: You are responsible for implementing the rights and obligations of the commercial property and rental management of our REWE branches in the Southwest region. You are responsible for the appointment management as well as the compliance of deadlines, durations and all rental payments. You are responsible for the testing and execution of rental increases, lease reductions, rent maintenance and replacements with the landlord. You are responsible for creating all rental documents and, in particular, the ongoing processing of the operating and auxiliary costs as well as the billing, form your focal point in perspective. You take over the correspondence with tenants and landlords as well as communication with different internal interfaces as well as service providers and authorities. You take over the ongoing system and data management.
