Intern (f/d/m) Human Resources (Compulsory Internship)

You support our HR team in operational day-to-day business, for example in the production of work contracts and certificates or in the maintenance of our personnel master files. You actively support the entire application process – from job alerts to direct address to the organisation of job interviews and communication with applicants. You take on your own responsibility the organization and support of our pupil intern:innen. You are organising training and supporting the evaluation of employee development programs. You create regular KPI key figures reports, introduce them to the team and jointly manage actions Together with the marketing team, you develop creative social media ideas and plan content. You support exciting HR projects, such as the introduction of a new HR software tool, the optimization and documentation of processes and the introduction of new standards.

You're studying BWL, human resources management or a comparable study direction. You work independently, reliably and convince by your dedicated work. You're communicative and you want to actively engage in our team. Ideally, you could already gain experiences in the HR environment. Your study regulations require a mandatory internship (at least 5 months).
