Your tasks

• Professional and personal responsibility for the two municipal nursery institutions, active quality management and conceptual development.
• Local demand planning for childcare services up to 6 years old.
• Cooperation and close cooperation with institutions, day care, authorities and associations.

• Administrative administrative activity and support of the field management in the area of budget planning, funding, contracts, committee work.

Your profile

• The interests and needs of the children are at the heart of your pedagogical action.
• Complete study in the field of early childhood education, pedagogy, social work or comparable qualification as a pedagogical specialist.
• Multiannual professional experience with management in the field of day care.
• Finded legal and specialist knowledge in the field of day care.
• knowledge of business activities and interest in municipal processes and projects.
• High level of commitment and responsibility.
• Extraordinary social and methodological competence.
• Embossed flexibility and team capacity.
• Structured and independent work.
• Secure MS Office knowledge.
