Your role in DBBC You are important contact:in for our customers:in email, telephone and via our digital channels You support the sales units in the private customer segment by working a wide range of customer requests independently and taking important back office activities. You provide support for our customers: in the use of digital services and products, you actively drive digitalization in the Sparkasse. You advise our customers: digitally to our products.
