Work Planner (m/w/d)

In your role, you create project plans for the construction of submarines and overwater ships, as well as series sequences for the construction and equipment of sections. They are responsible for mapping planning documents in SAP, waySuite and MS project and update them on the basis of the progress of construction. The assessment of the progress of the construction on the basis of the SAP order situation as well as on-board and workshop visits and the effect of disturbances in the project processing are your responsibility. They develop the shortcuts to compensate for disturbances in project planning and agree on them. You create reports on the future situation, assign appointments to the work packages and derive procurement dates and construction dates from the production schedules. In addition, you are responsible for the work and maintenance of surface occupancy plans, MPM plans, production schedules and commissioning plans.

You can provide a completed technical study or training with further training as a technician and multi-year professional experience in naval shipbuilding. They have the ability to do the work within the agreed goals (termination, cost, quality) and advance further developments. You can independently identify and evaluate risks for deviations from the target and define and initiate measures. You have good computer skills (PPS, Windows applications) and good English skills. They are characterized by self-sufficiency, analytical and structured thinking and a good enforcement capacity. Your communication skills, team skills and responsibilities complete your profile.
