Planning and development of demanding TGA concepts as well as their implementation in new, re- and expansion buildings, modernizations and renovations Advising the areas TGA Support for pre- and design planning Technical support of external planning participants Coordination with internal and external project participants Development of construction projects as TGA project manager

Successfully completed studies in the field of technical building equipment (heating, sanitation, cold, ventilation), supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification as technician or master Insufficient professional experience at all stages of HOAI in the corresponding TGA-works Enthusiasm for TGA and complex projects Negotiating skills and enforcement Solution-oriented, structured and independent operation Ready-to-use, communication strength and team capability
