Co-responsibility for the provision of the required goods including inventory management Coordination of order processing and internal flows Co-responsibility for warehouse technology Ensuring order, cleanliness and legal regulations in the warehouse (IFS, HACCP) Regular coordination with other departments in operation (Key Account, Logistics, QM/QS) to represent the Head of Operations Participation in and in representation Creation of personnel deployment planning and holiday planning Continuous development and optimization of the warehouse and logistics processes Various organizational tasks Close cooperation with the manager

Knowledge in the fruit and vegetable sector is desirable but at least professional experience in food wholesale trade Complete training with warehouse or logistics reference Professional and leadership experience in warehouse/logistics Prerequisite Safe handling of MS Office programs in particular Excel, as well as merchandise management systems Standing for occasional weekend work Responsibility Strong, precise, proactive and structured communication and implementation Reliability, teamability and independence Performance, motivation and initiative
