Legal Officer (m/f/d)

Do you want to check legal issues not only, but to actively shape them in everyday business? In this function, you advise management and departments on contractual and economic issues, bring structure into legal processes and work on diverse topics – from contracts to internal regulations to compliance and data protection. As a legal adviser (w/m/d), you are part of a legal team at the Office Management Board & Management and support the management as well as the specialist departments in the processing of diverse business-relevant legal issues. You take over the examination and design of contracts, accompany contract negotiations such as purchase, service, rental and cooperation agreements, and at the same time actively contribute to the further development of a structured contract management. In the context of company law, you will accompany, among other things, the preparation and implementation of company decisions, statutes and rules of procedure and also assist in the logging of appropriate committee meetings. In addition, you are involved in compliance-relevant issues, in particular in contract and business law, and are involved in the continuous further development of internal regulations such as guidelines and service and work instructions. In addition, you coordinate data protection issues within the house in close coordination with the external data protection officer. As a central interface, you control the integration of external legal advisors and accompany them in selected legal issues. Your work as a speaker right (w/m/d) is rounded off by the support of the Executive Board and the Management of Strategic Individual Topics by preparing decision-making templates, elaborations and presentations and actively participating in selected, interdepartmental projects

You have a successfully completed study in the field of law, economic law or comparable legal studies, e.g. Business Law (LL.B., LL.M.). As a legal adviser (w/m/d), you bring at least five years of professional experience in a comparable function, for example in an internal legal department, in contract management or in another economic-legal environment, and on this basis you have sound knowledge in economic and contractual law. Their mode of operation is characterized by a high degree of autonomy, vision and proactivity, combined with an analytical and entrepreneurial approach. In addition, you are convinced by the organisational strength, viability, service orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality, with which you can advance topics independently and reliably. With a very good communication capability and a sovereign, professional appearance, you convince both internally and externally; you have very good German skills and a stylistic way of expression in word and writing. Accuracy and care are important to you, at the same time you also keep a look at the essential in demanding situations. Discretion and loyalty are obvious for you in this function. The secure and routined handling of the common Microsoft-365 tools completes your profile.
