Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for our customers based in Oelde as part of the transfer of employees Account Manager (m/w/d) The body shall be filled in full time (35 h) as soon as possible.

Do you feel at home in creditor accounting and keep track of numerous payment transactions? You work carefully, structured and want to introduce your knowledge in accounting in a versatile area of responsibility? Then we are looking for you as a reinforcement for our customer's team! You enter national and international payment transactions from the payment suggestion list to the bank transfer and note the current release processes As an employee in accounting, you will check accounts and bookings, collect travel costs and book deposits as well as discount and discount agreements You're begging creditor accounts and master files and dealing with account statements, payment credits and research orders You process supplier complaints and blocked invoices and, if required, strikes reminders for non-calculated credits You support in the case of completion work and balance confirmations, perform account adjustments and document payment runs as well as relevant documents

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you already have experience in creditor accounting or financial and accounting As a creditor accountant, you work conscientiously, reliably and have a good understanding of accounting relationships You are sure to deal with numbers and sensitive financial data and draw your attention through a structured way of working You have English knowledge of B1/B2 level for written communication by e-mail - telephone English skills are not required
