At the next time, we would like you as Account Manager (m/w/d) win for our location in Husum.

They are the central interface between us and our customers. They provide professional support for our national and international customers in German and English. They are responsible for the commercial handling of the entire sales process – from the production and tracking of the offer to the internal order processing and the tracking of the appointment to delivery. You can communicate with the customers regarding availability, lead times, product changes, offer and order staus as well as information about the shipping date. Your tasks include the proper collection, management and processing of orders in the ERP system.

They have completed commercial training. You have experience in sales, customer service or professional practice in a similar position with strong customer orientation. They have good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g. Proalpha). They bring good English knowledge in word and writing. They convince with excellent expressiveness, communication strength and customer-relatedness. Service orientation and quality awareness are what you want. They work independently and to a high degree in service and targeted.
