Our core tasks include the provision of over two million insurers and utilities, as well as the profitable and secure investment of the assets of our utilities. We look back on 100 years of experience.

You transfer the IT services of the Bavarian Supply Chamber to a new central IT service catalogue and support the introduction of a new ITSM suite. You describe the IT services, including the scope of services, responsibilities, dependencies and SLA/OLA/UC, in close coordination with specialist areas, service providers and service level managers. You accompany the introduction of new services, as well as changes to existing services and ensure the correct inclusion in the service catalogue. By supporting audits, you ensure that the service catalog meets the regulatory and compliance requirements. You promote the easy and understandable handling of the service catalog by clear communication and training of users. Feedback and usage data are analyzed by you to continuously optimize the service catalogue and adapt it to new requirements.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification and professional experience in a comparable activity. You have a certification “ITIL® 4 Foundation” or “ITIL® 4 Specialist”. You have the experience in building and maintaining service catalogs, including structuring, versioning and quality assurance. You already know the translation of business requirements into clear, understandable service descriptions from your everyday professional life. Through your communication strength and binding appearance, you will create the needs of all stakeholders and achieve the best possible agreements for all stakeholders.
