For our decentralized internal services of the Department of Internal Services, we are looking at the location Gera at the next possible time

a janitor (m/w/d) be appointed as a medical representative

• general mastery activities to do,
• to perceive and document the operator obligations assigned to the object,
• to arrange, coordinate and monitor repair, maintenance and other external services;
• to manage office materials, equipment and pool vehicles.

We require these qualifications:

• a successfully completed vocational training with technical or manual orientation, preferably electric, sanitary installer
• and professional experience, preferably in facility management,
• Communication skills as well as a friendly and value-adding approach to the participants,
• reliable knowledge of German language in word and writing and good linguistic expressiveness,
• a well-kept appearance as well as a friendly, safe and service-oriented appearance,
• craftsmanship and a certain physical loadability,
• an independent, planned and targeted task,
• Team and cooperation capability,
• knowledge in handling standard systems of information and communication technology (e.g. MS Office, Outlook),
• a valid driving permit (class B or 3),
• the willingness to continue.
